Sandra tutored for some years in Holistic Massage and Anatomy and Physiology at a school of massage and aromatherapy in London, UK, where she became Course Director.
To keep up her CPD (Continuing Professional Development) in the UK, Sandra attended many workshops and seminars in Complementary Health, such as Hot Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Colour Therapy etc., some of the techniques of which she has incorporated into her massage work. She has trained to be an NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) – a life coach - the techniques of which she applies in her tutoring.
Her passion is to incorporate the massage learning and experience she has gained over the years with teaching, which she loves, and so ‘spread the massage’ of the enormous benefits of massage wherever she can. Massage has so many benefits, generally, for everyone and especially for babies and their caregivers, as well as for pregnant ladies.
